About Us

Laura & Luke with their dogs in a lavender field

Nice To Meet You

Hello!

We're a small family-run company, run by Laura, with support from Luke and occasionally Lynne.

On the left is Juniper, an elderly rescue who we said goodbye to in 2023 at the ripe old age of 15, and on the right is Bear, the blind Chihuahua cross, who's still going at the age of 16 and a half!

We of course also have our namesake, Pino the cat, another little dog called Georgia (AKA 'George'), as well as 2 rescue kittens, Maeve and Pepe, who You'll no doubt get to meet during your virtual consultation!

Lynne has a couple of rescued kitties, Esme, and Domino, and enjoys helping out with her 4-legged 'grandkids'!

We absolutely love what we do, especially getting to know your lovely animal family. We believe it's so important to form a strong bond with the animals we work with, and we treat each one with love and care as if they were our own. We cannot wait to welcome yours into the Pino's Pals family!

We look forward to meeting you soon!

Laura, Luke, Lynne

Pino's Pals are based in Salfords, Surrey, and exclusively cover the Redhill, Reigate, and Horley area. We've worked in the Animal Care sector for a number of years, and are passionate about providing brilliant services, not only for our human clients, but for our 4 legged clients, ensuring all of their needs are met, and they feel completely relaxed in our company.

We are fear-free certified, so we work in a carefully considered manner to build trust with your cats, and interact in a calm manner, in a way which makes them feel safe.

We understand the importance of providing, each and every cat with suitable exercise, enrichment, and companionship, and we believe that owners should be able to leave their cats in 'qualified hands' when going to work or away on holiday, which is why we have completed relevant qualifications, and dedicate many hours for continued professional development ('CPD').

As much as we consider all of our 4 legged part of our extended family, we think most of our human clients feel the same about us-we feel we've manage to combine the professionalism and knowledge of a professional company, but with the familiarity, trust, and friendliness you get from close friends and family. We hope you enjoy getting to know us and our cheeky sense of humours (as well as being famously thorough with your pets' care details!), as much as we love getting to know you and your pets!

Our other interested outside of our work and learning more about our companions, include training and teaching a modern martial art (Laura gained her black belt in 2023!), general fitness, and one of us is even a Line Dancer(!), blogging, a bit of gaming, and watching movies. We are long-term vegans/vegetarians and enjoy cooking and dining out when we get a rare free evening!
